School Leadership – Reach 465

Effective school leadership rests on the instructional leadership practices developed in the Reach Instructional Leadership sequence (the 400 series). This seminar series reviews and applies these concepts in the context of school leadership.

Topics include: Research on leadership, hiring and developing staff, effective evaluation methods, monitoring performance, ethical and legal obligations, and equity and school leadership.

This series is recommended for new school leaders and instructional leaders who aspire to be principals or who wish to more effectively support their current school principals.
