Joe Ross is President of Reach University. He also serves as president-elect of California County Boards of Education. Since 2012 he has served on the San Mateo County Board of Education. Prior, President Ross managed an after-school program serving over 1000 middle school students in Northern California. Subsequently he worked with numerous higher education institutions to help bring their academic programs online. He also led the development of a mobile app to provide free college counseling for high school students. President Ross received his B.A. in political science from Yale, where he was awarded a Truman Scholarship, and earned his J.D. from Stanford, where he was President of the Stanford Law Review.
